️Guys having problem with foot pain? here's a daily exercise to relief your feet pain (bunions, arch pain, heel pain...),just tap the pix to watch the short Video all you need is a towel ( small or medium). Place one foot at the back end of the towel and with your toes pull the towel towards your face, once pulled,reset the towel and repeat and switch to the other foot ( for every foot repeat the exercise 5 times)! Try it this might really help you remember you should feel all the toes working and breath!
