How to apply and prevent your eyeliner from running. ..

When i'm talking to peeps or strangers, I can't help but notice if their lower eyeliner has gone down the lead making it look like they have black eye, although I can't blame them , even some longwears liners will  smear a little if your eyelids are on the oilier side. But the whole mess could have easily been prevented if only they had “ set ” the liner with powder immediately after applying it.  

Here are the tools.
1. A flat headed laydown eyeshadow brush or pencil
2. Pressed powder "you can use one that is your exact shade or slightly different from your colours.

STEPS
1. Dip the brush into the powder to load up both sides.
2. Place the brush in vertical position directly and precisely below the liner,  but adjacently touching it, the  stamp it from one corner to the other. This will set it and krep it from traveling downward.
3. With the same brush, this time without reloading it with powder sweep back over the area to really blend it in. Also goes for the pencil too.
