Jennifer Lopez, Kerry Washington, Regina King, Constance Zimmer, Kirsten Dunst, Sarah Paulson and Julianna Margulies all looked beautiful as they posed for the cover shoot.

The actresses opened up to the magazine on what it truly feels like being a woman in Hollywood.
