The Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip turns 95 today and to mark the occasion and also kick off the Queen’s official 90th birthday celebrations, Buckingham Palace just released this lovely new portrait of the royal couple.
The queen actually turned 90 in April, but as a matter of tradition, the British monarch’s official birthday is always celebrated in June.
The couple who got married in 1947 appears to still be very much in love after nearly 7 decades. Talk about goals!
